A.J. MARA

A.J. Mara is a freelance writer and currently the Public Relations & Sales Coordinator for Brainy Actz Escape Rooms. As an avid gamer and game enthusiast, he grew up playing Nintendo greats like Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda (one of his proudest gaming achievements was finally winning the bout against Iron Mike himself in the widely popular sports game, Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!). 

 

In 2012, A.J. graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Chemistry and started to work for several medical device, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical companies. After a few years, he decided to go back to school and, in 2015, he obtained his MFA in Creative Writing from Full Sail University.  

 

A.J. is a huge fan of the San Francisco Giants and takes pride in his ever-growing collection of graphic tees that's greater than the number of pies at your local Marie Callender's. He loves analyzing the intricacies of film/tv and carpool karaoke with his buddies.
